Rev. Dr. James Kim has been one of the pastors at the Little Church on the Prairie and Lakewood Grace since 2010. Prior to the Little Church, he pastored in the Dallas area for fifteen years. James is looking forward to sharing how God has guided him and the Little Church toward ministry with retirees. James studied philosophy at Pepperdine University, received his Masters of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, Virginia, and received his Doctorate of Ministry from the Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington DC. James has been married to Helen and they have four adult children. When not working, James enjoys golf (most of the time), riding his motorcycle (when the weather is nice), and reading.
